This is a demonstration website. The Amelia County Sheriff’s Office is a fictional agency. This site exists only to demonstrate the web-design and development work of PoliceOfc.com (Police Ofc Products and Services LLC, Sheridan, Wyoming). No real law-enforcement services, employment, or recruitment are offered here.

What we collect
We collect information only when you choose to submit one of our forms. That includes the name, email address, phone number (optional), and message you provide, plus — for the “Work with us” form — your organization. To protect our forms from spam, we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process a verification token and your IP address.
How we use it
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not use it for advertising. This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies and runs no third-party analytics.
Service providers
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, uses Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection, and delivers form notifications through Resend. Data you submit passes through these providers only to deliver your message to us.
Retention & your choices
We keep form submissions only as long as needed to respond to you and maintain our records. To request access to, or deletion of, information you have submitted, email [email protected].
